The BDI Index Continues to Falls to a New Low of Nearly Seven Months

The Baltic Dry Freight Index (BDI) fell 25 points on Thursday, or a decline of 2.31% to 1055 points.
The Baltic Capesize Bulk Carrier Index (BCI) fell by 55 points, or 5.16% from the previous quarter, to 1010 points. The Baltic Sea Panamax Bulk Carrier Index (BPI) decreased by 25 points, or 1.64% from the previous month, to 1495 points.
The Baltic Sea Surplus Bulk Carrier Freight Index (BSI) fell by 13 points, or 1.19% from the previous quarter, to 1080 points.
The Baltic Handymax Bulk Carrier (BHSI) index rose by 2 points, or 0.31% from the previous quarter, to 652 points.
