- Apr 11, 2018-

It is reported that Taiwan Dexiang Shipping has recently ordered two 1800TEU feeder container ships on Taiwanese shipping orders. The new ships will be delivered by the end of 2020. The new ships will be constructed in accordance with the IMO Tier II emission standards, each equipped with 200 reefer sockets, and the new ships will cost about US$24 million each.welding overlay

The design of the two container ships is similar to that of the custom-made vessels on the Taiwanese vessels before Dexiang Shipping. Dexiang Ocean Shipping had made four 1800TEU container ships on Taiwanese vessels in 2015 and 2016, of which three were delivered last year and one was delivered earlier this year.

At present, the fleet of Dexiang Marine operates 34 container ships, including 6 own ships. The order of the vessel was the second time for Dexiang Shipping to book a ship this year. At the beginning of this year, Dexiang Shipping established two 1000TEUs in Japan's Xuyang Shipbuilding. Each of the two container ships will cost approximately US$17 million and is expected to be delivered in the second half of 2019.pipe fittings
