The Singapore-based Sea Consortium, controlled by X-Press Feeders, a feeder container ship operator, has been rushing to snap up ships this year and snapped up a number of cheaper ships.
According to Alphaliner, in the past three months, the Sea Consortium has snapped up at least six 1600-2700TEU container ships. Once fully delivered, its fleet size will reach 30.90 elbows
Most of the Sea Consortium's own ships are operated by the X-Press Feeders, the world's largest branch container ship operator. wn fLANGE
