Navios Containers Acquires 3 Container Ships

According to sources, the three container ships are expected to join the Navios Containers fleet in the second quarter of 2018, increasing their fleet to 25 vessels with a total capacity of 119,538TEU, with an average age of 10.1 years. pipe fittings

 

Based on its current rental price and market freight rates, the three container ships are expected to receive a pre-tax depreciation and amortization profit of $18.7 million over the next 12 months.

In addition, the company also stated that in March 2018, the company had signed a lease agreement with a Chinese agency worth US$119 million to refinance the credit facilities due in the fourth quarter of 2019.
