Pipe fittings are also processed in many ways. Forging method: Use a swaging machine to stretch the end or a part of the pipe to reduce the outer diameter. The common swaging machine has a rotary type, a connecting rod type, and a roller type.
Stamping method: The taper core is used to expand the pipe end to the required size and shape on the punch press.
Roller method: The core is placed in the tube, and the outer periphery is pressed with a roller for round edge processing.
Rolling method: Generally no mandrel, suitable for the inside edge of thick-walled pipe.
Bending forming method: There are three methods are more commonly used, one method is called stretching method, the other method is called stamping method, the third is everyone is more familiar with the roller method, there are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, an adjustment Roller, adjust the fixed roller, the finished pipe is curved. This method is widely used. If spiral tubes are produced, the curvature can be increased.
Bulging method: one is to put rubber in the tube, and the upper part is punched with a punch to make the tube convexly formed; the other method is hydraulic bulge forming. The middle part of the tube is filled with liquid and the tube is pressed into the desired shape by liquid pressure. This method is mostly used for the production of corrugated pipes like ours.
