Cast flanges and forged flanges
Cast flange, the rough shape and size accuracy, small amount of processing, low cost, but casting defects (pores, cracks, inclusions); casting internal organizational streamline poor (if it is cutting pieces, streamline worse)
Forged flange is generally lower than the carbon cast flange is not easy to rust, forging streamline is good, the organization is relatively dense, mechanical properties better than the casting flange;
